Glen Gordon 1957 70cl

From the independent bottlers Gordon and MacPhail. This is a malt whisky distilled in Speyside in 1957. A rich and complex single malt. Soft and gental on the nose with sheery and oak character, some smoke and honeyed notes. These aromas carry to the palate, joined by more dried fruit (particularly sultanas). Winter spice character builds on the palate towards the long complex finish.
