Langlois-Château has been owned by the famous Bollinger family since 1973 so, with all that Champagne know-how to draw on, it’s little surprise that this is a sparking gem. A blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, it’s made in a contemporary style and is both fresh and full of fruity notes. It’s also excellent value for money.
